Frank Kern sits down with Ryan Higgins having a rambling contest about using visualization to create wealth and success.  Frank is funny as usual and Ryan gives a lot of great information about how your mindset can actual be preventing you from being successful.

Although this video doesn’t go into any great detail (it’s only 8 minutes) I believe in what Frank and Ryan were discussing.

I read a study once where they took three teams of basketball players.  One team were directed to practice constantly, the other team was directed to do nothing, and the last team was directed to visualize themselves practicing.

After the teams were ready they tested them.  They found that the team who had practiced showed an improvement in their game while the team who did not practice showed no improvement.  The amazing thing though was that the time who didn’t practice, but visualized that they practiced actually showed nearly as much improvement in their game as the team who practiced.

It’s amazing the power of thought and visualization can have on your success.
